RNA acts as a messenger in between the DNA and ribosome as it transforms the genetic information from the DNA and as DNA is big and can't fit into the nuclear pores. 

DNA is called the blueprint of life because it contains the instructions needed for an organism to grow, develop, survive and reproduce. DNA does this by controlling protein synthesis. Proteins do most of the work in cells, and are the basic unit of structure and function in the cells of organisms.

Atoms are composed of Electrons, protons and Neutrons. Protons and Neutrons together called as Nuclei.

The primary agent of contact metamorphism is heat or temperature.

The minimum amount of energy required for a particular reactants to convert into products and is called as Activation Energy.

This activation complex is also termed as Transition State because according to Transition State Theory at transition state the existing bonds tend to increase in length and become weaken while, the new forming bonds tend to decrease in length and start becoming stronger.

Hence, the activated complex is in transition between reactants and products.
