The given statement, The heat from the sun reaches earth through Convection is FALSE.

Heat from the sun actually reaches the earth through Radiation. The process occurs through electromagnetic radiation, specifically, in which molecules are warmed when the heat reaches them, and these molecules then warm other molecules touching them, which continues until we feel the sun's heat.

In given word OLIVER there are 3 vowels E, I & O. These can be arranged in only one way as dictionary order E, I & O.

There are 6 letters in thegiven word.

First arrange 3 vowels.

This can be done in 6C3 ways and that too in only one way.(dictionary order E, I & O)

Remaining 3 letters can be placed in 3 places = 3! ways

Total number of possible ways of arranging letters of OLIVER = 3! x C36 ways = 6x5x4 = 120 ways.

Given number is 987 = 3 x 7 x 47.

So, required number must be divisible by each one of 3, 7, 47.

None of the numbers in 553681 and 555181 are divisible by 3. While 556581 is not divisible by 7.
Correct answer is 555681.

Given initial investments ratio = 2 : 3 : 4

At the end of 6 months, A invested an amount such that his total capital became equal to B's initial capital investment

i.e, upto 6 months A's investment is 2 and after 6 months his invstment is 3 = B's investment

Remaining work to be done by Shyam and Ram = 1 - 1/4 = 3/4

Given efficieny of Ram is half of Rahim i.e, as Rahim can do the work in 48 days, Ram can do the work in 24 days.

One day work of Ram and Shyam = (1/32 - 1/48) + 1/24 = 5/96

Hence, the total work can be done by Shyam and Ram together in 96/5 days.

Therefore, remaining work 3/4 can be done by them in 3/4 x 96/5 = 72/5 = 14.4 days.
