Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India (BPPI) is the implementing agency of Pradhan Mantri Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP). BPPI was established in December2008 under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India. The Bureau has been registered as an independent society under the Societies RegistrationAct, 1860 as a separate independent legal entity in April, 2010. BPPI follows the provisions of GFR, 2017 as amended from time to time, the CVC guidelines, and instructions from the Department of Pharmaceuticals.

The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act or Right to Education Act (RTE) which describes the importance of free and compulsory education for children between 6 and 14 in India is enacted under Article 21A of the Indian Constitution.

• The Habeas Corpus writ is issued to produce a person who has been detained, whether in prison or in private custody, before a court and to release him if such detention is found illegal.

• The right to habeas corpus has been used by the Indian judiciary effectively only in order to secure the release of a person from illegal detention.

• If the detained person is unable to seek the writ of habeas corpus, someone else mayact so on his behalf.
