An OOK-Rec is a one of a kind record set, used to get to another record set.

It is statement of balances of all the accounts in the ledger prepared to prove the arithmetical accuracy of the books of accounts.

A trial Balance is a list of Debit and Credit or a list of Debit & Credit Balance of all the ledger accounts prepared on any particular date

Short Term Capital Gain on property is considered as a gain from selling a property which was held by you for less than 36 months. As a taxpayer, you are liable to pay tax on short term capital gain on property as per your applicable marginal income tax slab.

Long Term Capital Gain

When you sell your property that is owned by you for more than three years, any gain arising from such sale will be considered as long term capital gain. Long term capital gain is calculated as the difference between net sales consideration and indexed cost of property.

Crypt() function can also be used to encrypt a string,. It used MD5, DES or blow fish algorithms for encryption.

Syntax:

Crypt(str, salt)

Salt is an optional parameter used to increase the number of characters encoded, to make the encoding more secure
