An app can get into InActive state when the user locks the screen or the system prompts the user to respond to some event e.g. SMS message, incoming call etc.

The reputation of a company controls its profit margins. A bad reputation means fewer customers. If you cannot handle difficult customers, that would be a major obstacle for you in a job where dealing with irritated members of the public will be routine. Start generally but select one incident soon afterwards and describe the outcome of that. Be very clear about the circumstance what happened and how you dealt with it, especially how you resolved any tricky issues that arose. The key words here are mutual respect, listening to the customer, being calm in the face of irritation and concluding the situation positively.

Here are some example statements to consider as you prepare your answer.

1.I used to be a  part of a team responsible for evaluating and choosing a new vendor for our office materials and supplies. The inter-departmental team reviewed options, a comparison of service and pricing, select a vendor, and carried out  the transition to the new vendor.

2.Our team always finished our projects before of schedule with very good reviews from our clients.

3.I preserved to grow as a group member while on my sorority's debate group and through my advanced marketing class where we had several of  team assignments.

The interviewer want to know your management style and skills by asking this question.

Example Answer ::

In my previous role managing retail employees, I determined that if you intentionally show that you respect the staff, they will work harder for you. This instills them with a sense of ownership and a desire to produce excellent results.

* I have also found that your team will model the behavior they see in you.

SAP scripts is a word processing tool of SAP which has the following components: Standard text. It is like a standard normal documents. Layout sets. - Layout set consists of the following components: Windows and pages, Paragraph formats, Character formats. Creating forms in the R/3 system. Every layout set consists of Header, paragraph, and character string. ABAP/4 program.

Applicant should answer that as a supervisor he/she would analyze actual spend vs. forecast and plan future sales and retail storage. Provide sales adjustments/discounts reporting and analysis, which could be helpful in further analysis of the business. As a supervisor I would ensure, that I keep a track of all the finances and expenses incurred during the process of transportation, salaries and wages of drivers and other helpers in loading and unloading the goods and services. Maintain a ledger for the cost involved in storage and maintenance of goods and services.

You can answer as - " I will most likely be involved in a different but still related career path; something to do with the creative side. If I were to start over I would attempt to get myself to specialize in one area as a young man. It’s very interesting to follow one’s interests all at the same time, but you don’t get anywhere very quickly this way. By pursuing lots of interests all at the same time, it takes a long, long time to acquire professional level skills."
