Punjab National Bank (PNB's) managing director and chief executive, Sunil Mehta was elected as new chairman of Indian Banks Association (IBA) for year 2018-19. Bank of India's managing director and chief executive Dina Bandhu Mohapatra was elected as the deputy chairman. The Basic Speed Law states that you must never drive faster than is safe for present conditions, regardless of the posted speed limit.

For example, if you are driving 60 kmph in 45 kmph zone, you are not in safe driving and you just not following the speed law.
