Secondary market refers to market where securities are traded after being initially offered to the public in the primary market and/or listed on the stock exchange.

In the light of competition, it may be seen that competitors may initiate price changes. If the cutting off on prices does not affect the company, then the current pricing strategy itself can be continued to maintain the profitability of the company. However if the price change on one firm is affecting the other, then it can:

a.reduce the product price at par with competitors’ price or below competitors’ price

or

b. Provide added advantage to the existing product like better quality, or ‘a buy one get one free’ offer.

c.Provide better quality of the product at a higher price thereby not being at par with the competitors.

A data structure is a specialized format for organizing and storing data. General data structure types include the array, the file, the record, the table, the tree, and so on. Any data structure is designed to organize data to suit a specific purpose so that it can be accessed and worked with in appropriate ways.

Linear data structure: A linear data structure traverses the data elements sequentially, in which only one data element can directly be reached.

Ex: Arrays, Linked Lists, Stack, Queue, Any type of List all are linear.

Trees like Binary Tree, B Tree or B+ Tree are examples of non linear data structure.
