Handwritten wills are also known as Holographic wills since they are made by the persons called testators without notary or any witness.

So in our case the pupil should dilate i.e , increase in size to be able to see in the dark. This switchover takes some time. But here the entry into the dark room is immediate. The rusting of iron is a chemical change because it is two substances reacting together to make a new substance. 

Rusting would only be a physical change if iron molecules remained pure iron throughout the process.
