The Opium Wars were two wars in the mid-19th century involving Anglo-Chinese disputes over British trade in China and China’s sovereignty. The disputes included the First Opium War (1839–1842) and the Second Opium War (1856–1860).

Culture is the social behavior and norms found in human societies. The 7 main elements that make up culture are ::

- ways the people entertain themselves. There stories they tell and how they dance. Its also the music they listen to and there artwork.

- the people or group(s) that control the people and provide/ enforce the laws.

7. Economic systems
- the method used by a society to produce and distribute goods and services.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid polymer composed of monomers called nucleotides. Nucleotides are composed of three components: (1) a pentose sugar; (2) a nitrogenous base; and (3) one to three phosphate groups.

Phoebus Levene, a Russian biochemist was the first to discover the nucleotide and the first to correctly identify the way nucleic acid molecules, DNA.
