Here given,

1) R + R + R = 30

=> 3R = 30 => R = 30/3 = 10

2) R + G + G = 18 => R + 2G = 18 => 10 + 2G = 18 => 2G = 8 => G = 4

3) G - B = 2 => B = G - 2 => B = 4 - 2 => B = 2

Hence, R + G + B = 10 + 4 + 2 => 16.
