The first step in the human resource planning process is

Separation of an employee exists when the service of an employee comes to an end because of one reason or other. "Separation of employment" refers broadly to the process of managing the termination of employment. It is a sensitive issue for any organization. 

Types of separation:

1) Volunntary:

a) Resignation
b) Job abandonment
c) Retirement

2) Involuntary:

a) Layoff
b) Dismissal
c) Plant closure
d) Death or Disability.

Always prioritize by what's most important to what is less important to us to reach our goals as soon as possible.

I like new challenges and fortunate to develop. As long as I keep doing these, I don’t think I’ll need to alter. I’d like to consider that this relationship lasts for many years. However, I haven’t set a period of time limit as such.

I was quite thrilled while joining my last job. Pointing to end, the number of challenges and opportunity to grow further started decreased. A challenge loving and development oriented person like me doesn’t enjoy this.

All my bosses enchanted some skills worth learning. I have always used to learn something new from them along with my ex-boss.

If I am chosen for this position, I’ll use my first 30 days in understanding my role carefully in terms of the contribution to the industry and increasing the overall profitability. I’ll sit with my line manager and other juniors to realize what has already been finished and what its impact has been. From there on, I’ll formulate my strategy to development in close conjunction with managers and see that it is perfectly implemented.

HR-Human Resources:

To be a good HR person we need to have excellent  communication skills,interpersonal skills, good friendly attitude, talkative, decision-making skills etc.

An HR is the backbone of a  company. Right from recruiting the suitable person to training and then efficiency appraisal and then compensation and then exit interview...everything every step involves an HR.

So, if you wish to be a soul of the company not just a part of it, you should be an HR.
