Ganesh Vasudev Mavalankar popularly known as Dadasaheb was an independence activist, the President of the Central Legislative Assembly, then Speaker of the Constituent Assembly of India, and later the first Speaker of the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India.

Free memory is maintained in linked lists, each of equal sized blocks. Any such block is of size 2^k. When some memory is required by a process, the block size of next higher order is chosen, and broken into two. Note that the two such pieces differ in address only in their kth bit. The differences in electronegativity between hydrogen and oxygen lead to an unequal sharing of electrons. Electronegativity measures how strongly an atom attracts electrons. Oxygen, with its higher electronegativity, pulls on the shared electrons more, giving the oxygen atom a partial net negative charge. The shared electrons spend less time with the hydrogen atoms; therefore, the hydrogen regions of water have partial positive charges.

Albedo refers to a material's ability to reflect sunlight. Since 30% of the sun's energy is reflected by the entire earth, the earth has an average albedo of 0.30.

Generally, dark surfaces have a low albedo and light surfaces have a high albedo.
