The parts of a check are :

1. Name & Address

2. Date

3. Pay to the order of

4. Written amount

5. Numeric amount box

6. For or Memo line 

7. Signature line

8. Check number

9. Account number

10. Bank name etc... 

Hence, the Memo line which describes the purpose of the check is of least important in all the parts of a check.

Because 8085 processor is 8 bit ALU (arithmetic logic review). Similarly 8086 processor has 16 bit ALU.

Memory is the part of the computer that temporarily holds data and instructions before and after they are processed by the ALU.

Memory is also known as primary storage, primary memory, main storage, internal storage, and main memory.
