A protein that acts as a hormone is INSULIN.

Insulin is a peptide hormone produced by beta cells of the pancreatic islets; it is considered to be the main anabolic hormone of the body.  Insulin helps keeps your blood sugar level from getting too high or too low.  

Same charges will repel each other and the charges that are different will attract each other.

Using BODMAS law,

3 x 3 + 3 - 3 + 3 =

3 x 3 = 12

= 12 + 3 - 3 + 3

=  9 + 3

= 12

Hence, 3 x 3 + 3 - 3 + 3 = 12.

The reciprocal of a negative number is always a negative number. So that the number and its reciprocal multiply to 1. 

All real numbers except 0 have reciprocals.
