Organization is one of my strongest assets. You are questioned this to test how you are in an organization and what the skills you have to organize the fellow employees.

Sample Answer ::

I have worked as an assistant or organizer in several previous circumstances, both in my career and as a volunteer in local organizations. I’m familiar with the most popular online scheduling and organizational software, as well as common methods of keeping a personal calendar. I’ve also used both physical filing archives for important documents and electronic filing systems. I completed a continuing education course on scheduling and organization as well.

Clear and efficient organization procedures are important to me, so I’m looking forward to learning more about other people’s organizational style and sharing my own.

Being able to adapt to change in the workplace is an essential skill to possess because change is inevitable. The interviewer would like to know about a time you were required to adapt to change in the workplace. 

Sample answer in my view is to be "In my current management position, it was a lot of change to handle in a short time, especially being unsure of who to report to ahead of others and it took a little while to adjust. The training component of my staff was not easy either. However, in the end, it was worth it to secure such a high profile."

Generally, as we human beings get older have a slight rise in our blood pressure as a result of increase in the demand of oxygen and nutrients. Blood pressure is determined by the amount of blood pumped by the heart and how easily blood flows through arteries. 

Normal blood pressure is 120/80.

Normal blood pressure for 50 year old woman have a systolic pressure of, at a minimum, 116; average, 129, and at a maximum, 142. Her diastolic pressure should be 81, at a minimum; 85, average and 89, at a maximum.

I am a fast learner, as I had to learn a totally new operating system in my last job and I was up and running within a couple of weeks.

As you require someone who can perform wide range of administrative work, I have a track record of carrying different tasks efficiently and effectively.

I have the right combination of skills and experiance for this job. I also bring the additional quality of strong analytical and problem solving ability as shown by my introduction of a more efficient work flow system at some company.

When an interviewer asks "What do you do to improve your knowledge", because it reflects the major thought process of a person and the way a person gains knowledge and the level to which one is accustomed to the current happenings in the world.

In my sense knowledge is not very much obtained through books or any websites. We can give some exercise to the brain so that we can gain knowledge.


It is essential to update oneself in order to cope up with this competitive world. First of all you should keep yourself updated with the new technological developments so that if the interviewer asks something concerning the current affairs, you can answer them.You can say that you visit various forums, blogs to keep yourself updated and improve your knowledge. It will be helpful if you have experience of such forums or blogs from before so that you can create a better impression in the minds of the interviewers.

It is said that interacting with people of different ages, different communities and different education levels a person can fetch huge knowledge.

In your answer, you need to show not only that you are capable of coming up with good ideas, but also that you can persuade other people to give you a chance to put them into action. Describe your most unique idea and initiative that gave the best results for the company. Make sure you highlight your creativity, your results, your diligence and your ability to execute.

In most cases, you will have no idea who you are competing with for a particular job. So this type of question really gives you a chance to open-up your strengths as a candidate with an emphasis on any assets that might separate you from the typical applicant. Think about what you bring to the table that you truly believe is unique - the easiest way to do is to think of your own personal stories that demonstrate your work ethic, skills, and dedication. Most people have some or all of those skills, but the unique stories are what make people stand out in interviews.
