Kottayan Katankot Venugopal, known generally to us as K. K. Venugopal is an eminent Indian constitutional lawyer and a senior advocate in the Supreme Court of India.

He was preceded by Mukul Rohatgi.

The First Generation Computers size was very large. 

Since the First generation computers used 1000s of vacuum tubes that required lot of space made them gigantic in size. Single transistor could replace 1000 vacuum tubes and a single IC chip replaced 1000s of transistors made computers smaller and more speedy.

It is obvious that computers developed with more power, reliability, speed and smaller sizes due to the enhancement of technology.

C++ is not an Operating System.

An Operating System is a collection of system programs that manages all the other programs application programs in a computer as well as the allocation and use of hardware resources such as the CPU, Memory and the Hard Disk Drive.

It acts as an interface between the hardware and the user level program.

It controls and facilitates the overall operation of a computer.

DOS : DOS is Disk Operating System. The term DOS can refer to any operating system.

C++ : C++ is a programming language and computing platform.

Hence, C++ is not an Operating System.
