Phencyclidine (PCP) is a drug used for its mind-altering effects. It is also known as Angel dust. As a recreational drug, it is typically smoked, but may be taken by mouth, snorted, or injected. It may also be mixed with cannabis or tobacco.

Causes and Effects ::

* PCP may cause hallucinations, distorted perceptions of sounds, and violent behavior.

* Its effects include seizures, coma, addiction, and an increased risk of suicide.

The American Planning Association (APA) has announced this year's international excellence award for the Bhubaneswar smart city project.

The award called Pierre L'Enfant International Planning Excellence Award 2017 will be given on May 8 in New York city.

This is the first time in the 50 years history of APA's annual award programme that an Indian city has been recognised for its planning efforts.
