PWC refers to Personal Water Crafts.

To control steering on a PWC, the most needed requirement is to have power in which will allows the one using it to control the engine for it to stop or for it to move. Without power, the person using it could be out of balance or fail to start the engine. This is the basic requirement because even though it is shut off or the engine is off, the PWC is still on and it could still move without proper knowledge of the engine.

A standing wave also known as a stationary wave, is a wave in which its peaks or any other point on the wave do not move spatially.

This phenomenon can occur because the medium is moving in the opposite direction to the wave, or it can arise in a stationary medium as a result of interference between two waves traveling in opposite directions. The most common cause of standing waves is the phenomenon of resonance, in which standing waves occur inside a resonator due to interference between waves reflected back and forth at the resonator's resonant frequency.

Hence, standing wave occurs when a wave reflects upon itself.

The bases are adenine (A), thymine (T), cytosine (C) and guanine (G). A and T are connected by two hydrogen bonds. G and C are connected by three hydrogen bonds.
